Female Health Check
A woman’s health is not a single moment — it is a lifelong journey that moves through distinct and meaningful phases. From puberty and reproductive years through pregnancy, perimenopause, and post-menopause, each stage brings its own unique health priorities, challenges, and opportunities. At Clearview Hospital and Fertility, our Female Health Check is built to honour and support every one of those stages with expert, compassionate, and personalised care.
We understand that women in Nigeria carry enormous responsibilities — as professionals, mothers, caregivers, and community pillars — and too often place their own health last on the list. The Clearview Female Health Check is designed to make it easy, efficient, and empowering for every woman to understand where her health stands and what she can do to protect and improve it.
Unlike a narrow check-up that focuses only on one aspect of health, the Clearview Female Health Check takes a comprehensive, whole-woman view. We assess your reproductive health, hormonal balance, cardiovascular health, metabolic function, nutritional status, and mental wellbeing — because these are not separate systems. They are interconnected, and they deserve to be evaluated together.
Our female health specialists take the time to understand your personal and family medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and long-term health goals before making any recommendations. We believe that truly good healthcare begins with truly listening.

When should I consider IVF?
Ovulation Disorder: This is when ovulation is infrequent or absent in women, resulting in fewer eggs for fertilization. Fallopian tube blockage or damage: A damaged or blocked fallopian tube makes it difficult for an egg to be fertilized or an embryo to travel to the uterus.
Endometriosis: This is an often painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of the uterus grows outside the uterus.
Genetic Disorder: When you or your partner are at risk of passing on a genetic disorder to your child, IVF is considered.
Uterine Fibroids: Fibroids are abnormal growths that develop in or on a woman’s uterus. Sometimes these tumours become quite large and may lead to infertility.
Impaired Sperm Production: This occurs when men have little or no viable sperm in the semen.
